The family of Palestinian martyr Khaled Nofal has described what had happened to its son at dawn Friday as “an execution operation carried out by Jewish settlers and soldiers.”
Khaled married with one child headed at dawn for his agricultural land in al-Risan area to cultivate it when settlers and soldiers shot him dead immediately as he arrived in the area aboard his car according to his family.
Khaled owned dozens of dunums of land in the area and he had the right to check on his land and reclaim it the family said.
“He was unarmed and the soldiers could have forced him to leave or arrested him in the worst case but the criminal mentality of the occupation soldiers and settlers made them execute him” the family added.
