RAMALLAH (PIC)– The central committee of the Fatah faction has castigated all Palestinian factions attending the Damascus conference which targets maintaining Palestinian constants describing them as “coup-mongers”.
The committee which concluded meeting Saturday evening in Ramallah under chairmanship of PA chief Mahmoud Abbas said that the conference would support the coup in Gaza and divisiveness in the Palestinian arena.
It opined that the conference would not be a success because it would be a “tool in the hands of regional axes that target serving their interests and not the interests of our people and their rights”.
Meanwhile the central committee said that the autumn conference in the USA would be a “precious opportunity” for the Palestinian people to impose their rights on Israel which does not want peace but rather is solely concerned with persisting in its colonialism and oppression against the Palestinians.
