Five Palestinian young men were injured last night after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed different areas of the West Bank clashed with local youths and kidnaped a number of citizens from their homes.
According to local sources four young men suffered bullet injuries one seriously during violent clashes with the IOF in al-Deheisha refugee camp near Bethlehem.
The IOF intensively fired live ammunition and stun and tear gas grenades at the young men who responded by throwing stones empty bottles and Molotov cocktails.
The wounded young men were evacuated to hospitals aboard private cars after the IOF prevented ambulances from reaching them local sources said.
The IOF also kidnaped two young men from the camp after raiding some homes and detonating their gates and doors.
Another young man was seriously injured in his chest after the IOF opened fire at local youths in al-Ma’ajen neighborhood in Nablus City.
The IOF raided several homes and interrogated local residents during its campaign in the same neighborhood.
In Ramallah the IOF kidnaped a young man from his home in Rima town.
The IOF also stormed Jenin City and kidnaped three citizens from their homes.
Six others were taken prisoners during IOF campaigns in Wadi al-Fari’ah village in Tubas al-Khalil City and Sa’ir town.
