Four Palestinian prisoners’ health condition deteriorates

Tuesday 12-December-2017

The health situation of four elderly Palestinian prisoners has seriously deteriorated amid Israeli prison authorities’ medical negligence rights sources warned.

The Palestinian committee for prisoners’ affairs affirmed that the prisoners Fallah Nada 63 Fayez Warda 62 Abdel-Khaliq Al-Natsheh 64 and Mohammed Aktil 55 suffered health deterioration in Negev prison.

Warda suffers heart arteries disease while Al-Natsheh suffers from high blood pressure.

Nada suffers from sharp back and neck pains while the prisoner Aktil suffers from high blood sugar levels.

Despite their health problems Israeli prison authorities continue to give the ill prisoners only pain killers.

About 17 prisoners are currently held in Ramla prison hospital amid very difficult detention condition and deliberate medical negligence.
