At least four Palestinians a husband wife and their two sons were injured after being attacked by a group of Jewish settlers under Israeli police protection in Silwan town in Occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday evening.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society affirmed that three of the injured were moved to hospital for treatment.
The attack occurred when the settlers attacked and stoned a Palestinian vehicle near the Wadi al-Rababa neighborhood in Silwan town.
Riad Simrin his wife and two sons were injured in the attack local sources said.
Several local houses and vehicles were also attacked during the incident.
Violent clashes broke out in the neighborhood following the attack amid heavy firing of teargas bombs.
Two locals were detained during the clashes the sources added.
