The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens in different areas of the West Bank.
According to local sources the IOF stormed Beita town in southern Nablus and kidnaped two citizens identified as Raslan Khabisa and Omar Abu Zeitoun. The former was released later in the morning.
In Jenin the IOF kidnaped Hasan Abahira from his home in al-Yamun town. The IOF also carried out a search campaign in al-Widyan area of the town.
In al-Khalil a citizen identified as Azmi Duweik was kidnaped by the IOF after ransacking his home in Bir Haram al-Rama area.
The IOF also set up makeshift checkpoints on roads at the entrances to al-Khalil City and the towns of Halhul and ad-Dhahiriya where they intercepted vehicles for security check.
