The Palestinian health ministry on Thursday reported four new deaths associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) 416 new positive tests and 467 recoveries in the West Bank Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily report three of the new victims who died of the virus are from Tulkarem and al-Khalil and another one from the Gaza Strip.
45 critically ill patients have also been admitted to intensive care units and 10 of them have been placed on ventilators.
85.6 percent of the total cases have recovered from the disease while the rate of active cases has reached 13.6 percent and the rate of deaths is 0.8 percent of the total cases.
