The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) carried out Wednesday morning a large-scale raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank and Jerusalem.
In al-Khalil IOF detained two ex-prisoners including a lecturer at al-Khalil University and stormed another ex-prisoner’s house.
Also in al-Khalil two youngsters were rounded up after IOF brutally stormed and searched several homes in Dura town south of the city.
Similar raids were also carried out in Halhoul town after hearing gunshots close to the nearby settlement of Karmei Tzur while military restrictions were imposed in Beit Ummar town north of the city.
In Nablus IOF soldiers arrested an ex-prisoner after violently storming his family house in Beita town.
In Tulkarem the soldiers arrested a young woman after violently searching her family house and brutally attacking her family members.
A second house belonging to a Palestinian prisoner was also stormed in the city.
Several houses were also raided and searched in occupied Jerusalem where a number of local youths were detained while at least one young man was rounded up in Bethlehem.
