Gaza electricity distribution company expressed on Sunday its concern regarding Israel Electric Corporation’s procrastination in reconnecting Bagdad feeding line. The line has been out of work for four days now which exacerbates the electricity crisis in the Gaza Strip.
The company appealed in a press statement to the Palestinian government to put pressure on the Israel to respond to the electricity needs of Gaza residents and reconnect the broken line as soon as possible.
It emphasized that the frequent outages of the “Israeli lines” exacerbate the electricity crisis and increase confusion in the electricity distribution schedules of the governorates of the Gaza Strip.
