The health ministry in the besieged Gaza Strip on Monday warned that its hospital services reached a dangerous stage threatening the lives of patients after fuel supplies needed to operate generators became insufficient.
In a brief statement a spokesman for the ministry said that the hospital would stop providing some of their services during the coming days affirming that no solutions were found to contain the crisis.
Since the beginning of the current year the health ministry in Gaza has appealed several times to the Palestinian Authority and the government of Rami al-Hamdallah in Ramallah to intervene to stop the deterioration of health services in the impoverished enclave.
