The Global Campaign to Break the Siege on Gaza has announced its intention to organize activities in solidarity with the besieged population of the Gaza Strip.
The pro-Gaza solidarity activities are slated to begin next Sunday and its goal is to shed light on the humanitarian suffering of the population and demand an end to Israel’s unjust blockade and the punitive measures that were taken by the Palestinian Authority.
Activists from the Global Campaign to Break the Siege have embarked on making preparations for the activities which will include the organization of sit-ins and forums.
Multiple sit-ins will be organized outside embassies and UN institutions in several countries to demand international action ending the blockade on Gaza and improving the living conditions of its population.
The campaign invited the media to cover its activities and focus on the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza.
