The Hamas Movement has paid tribute to the Gilboa jailbreak “heroes” who showed the Palestinian’s ability to resist the occupation under all circumstances.
“Despite the re-arrest of the Freedom Tunnel heroes this operation will remain irrefutable evidence of the Zionist security system’s fragility and weakness and its failure to stand in the face of a Palestinian fighter’s will” Hazem Qasem Hamas spokesman said in press remarks on Sunday.
“What the six prisoners did was a great act of heroism and resistance and a great achievement that will be recorded with shining letters in the Palestinian people’s book of resistance and struggle” Qasem underlined.
He affirmed that al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas would fulfill its pledge to make the six Gilboa prisoners who were re-arrested at the top of the list of prisoners to be released in any future swap deal.
