The Hamas Movement has accused by Israeli occupation army of committing full-fledged war crimes in Gaza after its soldiers confessed to intentionally killing and wounding Palestinian protesters rallying on the Gaza border.
Haaretz website on Sunday published a report revealing that Israeli army snipers deliberately opened fire at Palestinian protesters during their participation in March of Return rallies on the eastern border of Gaza.
In a press release Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem called for necessarily taking legal action against the Israeli army at the International Criminal Court.
The spokesman said that such confessions reflected “the savagery and criminal mentality of Israeli army leaders and soldiers affirming that their crimes would not fall by prescription.
