Hamas: Israel’s crime in Jenin will not go unanswered

Thursday 8-December-2022

The Hamas Movement has condemned the Israeli killing of three Palestinian young men in Jenin refugee camp at dawn Thursday as “another crime” and “persistence in waging an open war on the Palestinian people.”

In press remarks on Thursday Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem said that such Israeli “Nazi and terrorist” crimes against the Palestinian people would only increase their determination to continue their struggle and resistance against the occupation state.

“Jenin will remain a reservoir for the revolution in the West Bank and such crimes will never break it” spokesman Qasem added.

For his part senior Hamas official Ismail Radwan said that the Israeli persistence in assassinating Palestinian citizens from Jenin reflects a criminal mentality that only believes in killing and terrorism.

“Today’s crime will not go unpunished and it will not stop the march of resistance” Radwan affirmed.

“The martyrs’ blood will not go in vain and it will be fuel for the resistance and a curse on the occupation” he added.

In a related context al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas said that its fighters targeted the Israeli occupation forces with a hail of bullets and explosive devices after they raided al-Hadaf neighborhood in Jenin refugee camp.

According to Palestinian media reports three Palestinian young men were killed and several others were injured during intense armed clashes with the IOF in Jenin refugee camp at dawn Thursday.
