Hamas denounced the desecration of the holy Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem on Thursday by Jewish settlers wearing the so-called “Temple priests” costumes.
Hamas spokesman in Jerusalem Muhammed Hamada described the incident as a very serious violation of the Mosque’s sanctity.
He warned of serious consequences in the event the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) persists in its attempt to impose a new fait accompli in the Aqsa Mosque.
Hamada called on the Palestinian people in Jerusalem to intensify their presence in the Mosque to foil the IOA schemes.
