NABLUS (PIC)– The Hamas Movement on Tuesday called on all armed wings in various Palestinian factions to use all available means to retaliate to the Israeli occupation’s crimes atop of which the assault on the Palestinian prisoners in Negev jail on Monday and the murder of one of them.
Hamas in a statement in the West Bank said that all armed wings should plan capturing Israeli soldiers and/or settlers to trade them for Palestinian prisoners.
It also urged for escalation of Palestinian official and public moves in solidarity with those prisoners especially after the martyrdom of the prisoner Mohammed Al-Ashkar in the assault on the Negev prison wards.
Hamas strongly condemned the “sinful crime” in Negev prison and asked Palestinian media to expose the crime at all platforms.
For its part the Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas affirmed that it would not stand arms folded vis-à-vis such crimes promising painful reprisal through yet undeclared options.
“What happened in the Negev jail affirms the bloody criminal mentality of the Zionist enemy that knows no peace or settlement conferences and only understand the language of force” the statement added.
The armed wing expressed conviction that the only road to liberate prisoners is that of Jihad and resistance adding that capturing Israeli soldiers remains an open option.
