The Hamas Movement has called on the leadership of the Palestinian Authority and Fatah to renounce their opposition to lifting the blockade on the Gaza Strip and their “separatist steps.”
In press remarks Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem also asked the PA and Fatah leadership to honor the inter-Palestinian reconciliation agreements in order to strengthen the internal front in the face of the Zio-American plots targeting the Palestinian cause.
Qasem underlined that Fatah’s condemnation of all efforts being made by international and regional parties to help the Gaza population reflects a desire to see the humanitarian suffering in Gaza continue in order to achieve factional goals.
The spokesman also denounced Fatah leaders for persisting in their rejection of the national consensus that works for lifting the blockade on Gaza.
