Hamas Movement condemned in a statement issued Friday the Israeli decision to build 820 settlement units on the ruins of a Palestinian building in Occupied Jerusalem.
The move came as a desperate attempt to impose full control over the occupied city of Jerusalem the statement added.
This settlement project is a flagrant violation of all international laws the Movement said calling for an urgent and serious international stand against Israeli settlement expansion.
Hamas further called for foiling Israeli Judaization plans by escalating popular resistance.
