A high-level delegation from the Hamas Movement led by its chief in Gaza Yahya al-Sinwar on Thursday concluded a visit to Egypt that started on May 2.
The delegation held several meetings with director of Egypt’s intelligence Abbas Kamel and other security officials and discussed with them Israel’s aggressive practices in Gaza.
During those meetings the delegation reiterated the Palestinian resistance’s right to defend its people and repel Israel’s attacks on Gaza.
The talks with Egyptian security officials who mediated recent understandings over Gaza also highlighted the need for Israel to implement the steps agreed upon lately to alleviate the siege on the coastal enclave without any reluctance.
