The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas on Monday denounced the latest statements by Mamoun Abu Shahla Minister of Labor about the electricity crisis in the Gaza Strip.
The Movement stated that Abu Shahla’s statements which preceded an anticipated meeting between the minister and the national factions involved deliberate inciting fallacies that show bias and lack of credibility.
Hamas called on everyone to assume their full responsibilities toward the Gaza Strip which “is suffering from the blockade and deprivation of electricity because of the political sanctions imposed on it by both Israel and the Palestinian Authority”.
Abu Shahla has held Hamas responsible for the electricity crisis in the Gaza Strip.
