The Hamas Movement has congratulated the Lebanese people from all spectra over the “successful” holding of their parliamentary elections wishing them a new prosperous life full of stability and progress.
In a statement on Monday Hamas also expressed hope that the elections in Lebanon would help all political parties to close ranks and protect their land against all dangers.
The Movement also said it looked forward under a new parliament and government “to an opportunity to strengthen the Lebanese-Palestinian relations and to promote Lebanon’s support for the Palestinian people’s issues and rights.”
