The Hamas Movement on Saturday welcomed the position of the Central Committee of the World Council of Churches that condemned the repeated Israeli apartheid crimes against Palestinians including forcible expulsion killings and home demolition which violate Palestinian rights lands properties and holy sites.
In a press statement the Movement described such position as new evidence that exposes the Israeli brutal crimes and violations against the Palestinian people lands and Islamic and Christian sanctities.
The Movement underlined that the Council’s call on the international community to prosecute Israel’s Judaization and expansionist crimes should spur the institutions of the international community to bear their responsibility and stop the policy of double standards and support the Palestinian people’s just cause until they regain their rights and lands.
