NABLUS (PIC)– The Hamas Movement on Monday held the mayor of Nablus Jamal Al-Muhaisen fully responsible for the life of Hamas activist Zuhair Lubada who has been held by PA security apparatuses in Nablus despite his health condition.
Hamas issued a statement in the West Bank explaining that Lubada who has been held in the PA intelligence jails in Nablus for 40 days is suffering kidney failure and other serious diseases.
It held Muhaisen fully responsible for the life of Lubada who needs dialysis every three days and pointed out that Lubada 53 was subjected to numerous interrogation rounds and was currently hospitalized for ten days under strict security measures with only his wife allowed to see him.
Hamas underlined that Lubada was among the few detainees in PA jails that the intelligence director refused to release before the Eidul Adha despite mediations that warned of his continued detention in view of his bad health condition and old age.
