Senior Hamas officials in Lebanon met on Wednesday with some journalists in the city of Sidon and put them in the picture of the events that happened recently in Ein el-Hilweh refugee camp in the country.
Hamas officials Ahmed Abdul-Hadi and Walid al-Kilani also briefed the journalists on what came in their Movement’s recent talks with other factions and the concerned parties in Lebanon over the security situation in the camp.
The journalists who attended the meeting were Jamal al-Gharbi Ra’fat Naim and Khaled al-Gharbi.
In a related context the Hamas Movement in Lebanon has apologized for its intention not to receive guests or participate in receptions on the occasion of Eid al-Adha holiday saying it took such decision due to the unfortunate events that happened lately in Ein el-Hilweh camp.
