Hamas Movement has hailed the Lebanese Minister of Education Abbas al-Halabi’s decision to allocate a class to discuss the Palestinian cause at schools.
In a press statement issued on Friday the Palestinian resistance movement praised the Lebanese minister’s call on schools’ administrations to shed light on the negative implications of normalization as some Arab regimes have normalized ties with Israel.
Hamas emphasized that such decision came as part of “our Palestinian battle with the Israeli occupation for raising awareness” among the future generations by educating them about their just cause and national rights.
