Secretary General of the Islamic Group in Lebanon on Monday received a delegation from Hamas movement at the Group’s headquarters in Beirut.
The delegation headed by the deputy head of Hamas’s Political Bureau Saleh al-Arouri included the Hamas leader Osama Hamdan the Movement’s representative in Lebanon Ali Baraka and other officials.
The meeting addressed the challenges currently facing the Palestinian people in view of the US talks about the “deal of the century” which is aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause.
Both sides discussed the situation of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon camps as well as ways of cooperation in all areas that would serve the Palestinian people and their cause.
