The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas on Saturday extended condolences to Indonesia over the death of former president Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie at the age of 83.
The Hamas senior official Izzat al-Risheq said in a brief message “We offer our heartfelt condolences to the people government and president of Indonesia over the death of former president Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie.”
Al-Risheq expressed his wishes that Habibie rest in peace and asked Allah to reward him for the achievements and sacrifices he made to serve his people the Islamic Ummah and the Palestinian cause.
