The Hamas Movement has mourned the four Palestinian citizens who were martyred yesterday and at dawn Monday and said they were killed by “the bullets of the Zionist hatred and terrorism.”
“The unleashed Zionist terrorism that targets defenseless civilians from our people will neither provide [the occupation state] with alleged security on our land nor protect it and its invading settlers from the resistance’s wrath and its ongoing heroic operations across Occupied Palestine” Hamas said in a press release on Monday.
“The Palestinian people from all spectra will respond to the persistent Zionist crimes with more comprehensive resistance which is the only means capable of deterring the occupation and defending their honor land and national constants” the Movement added.
Hamas urged the Arab and Muslim nations to stand by the Palestinian people and support their steadfastness and struggle against the occupation state until their aspirations for liberation and return are fulfilled.
The four martyrs are Mohamed Zakarnah (Jenin) Mohamed Ghoneim (Bethlehem) Ghada Sabateen (Bethlehem) and Maha az-Zaatari (al-Khalil).
