Hamas on Monday met with a delegation of Osbat al-Ansar Islamist group in its office in Ein al-Hilweh refugee camp in Lebanon.
The Osbat al-Ansar delegation was received by Hamas leader in Sidon Aymen Shana’a and the group’s representatives in the Ein al-Hilweh refugee camp.
The two sides discussed the latest political developments in the region and their fallouts on the Palestinian cause.
The delegations stressed the need for the Palestinians to combine forces activate the mission of Hamas political leaders in Sidon and to reanimate the joint force on the ground particularly in tension-stricken zones.
Hamas and Osbat al-Ansar further called for boosting security and stability in Ein al-Hilweh among other refugee camps in Lebanon and for standing on guard to all conspiracies weaved against the Palestinian refugee community.
