GAZA (PIC)– Yousef Farahat a Hamas spokesman reiterated Tuesday his Movement’s rejection of politicizing the reconstruction issue charging that some parties try to achieve political and financial gains at the expense of the war victims.
Farahat said during a public meeting organized by the information office of Hamas in Al-Bureij refugee camp central Gaza that his Movement welcomes all the efforts that are intended for helping the Gaza people away from any preconditions or political blackmail.
He criticized in this regard the reconstruction conference held in Sharm Al-Sheikh saying that the conference overrode the Palestinian legitimate addresses that were chosen democratically by the Palestinian people and tried to impose a new reality.
The spokesman pointed that the Israeli war was given an American cover-up with the participation of some parties to eliminate Hamas and the Palestinian resistance after the failure of their options and now they use the reconstruction issue to achieve political gains after the failure of the war.
