Hamas Movement on Wednesday expressed gratitude to Egypt for opening Rafah border crossing for four days in addition to the entry of fuel and goods over the past few days.
The Hamas leader Taher al-Nounu said these steps prove the keenness of Egyptian authorities on alleviating the humanitarian crises suffered by Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.
“It reflects the positive atmosphere which is prevailing over the meeting of Hamas’s delegation headed by Chief of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya with Egyptian officials in Cairo” Nounu said.
