KHARTOUM (PIC)– Gaza premier Ismail Haneyya arrived in the Sudanese capital on Tuesday night to an official reception for a few days visit during which he is to attend a conference on Jerusalem.
He was received by the Sudanese president’s advisor the information minister and a number of senior officials.
Haneyya told a press conference at Khartoum airport that he was pleased to be in the Sudan which suffered a lot due to its supportive stand of the Palestine cause.
He said that he was in the Sudan to attend a forum on Jerusalem in solidarity with the holy city that is the target of a ferocious campaign by the Israeli occupation aimed at Judaizing it.
