Reaching out to the Emir of Qatar by phone Haneyya hailed the Qatari Emir government and people for standing their ground in the face of the ad hominem campaigns launched against the country.
Haneyya expressed hope that Qatar overcomes the current crisis and retrieves fraternity ties with its neighbors.
Haneyya lauded Qatar’s pro-Palestine position and support for the blockaded Gaza Strip.
The Qatari Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani vowed that Qatar will keep up its back up for the Palestinian cause and people.
The Emir of Qatar added that his government is adept enough to distinguish between legitimate resistance and terrorism.
The Emir further stated that efforts have been in full swing by Qatar and Kuwait to work out the crisis.
