Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya has offered his condolences to Sudan over the victims of flash floods that hit the country’s eastern Nile states recently killing dozens of people and displacing hundreds.
According to the Hamas website on Saturday Haneyya talked over the phone with Sudanese foreign minister Ali al-Sadeq and expressed his solidarity with Sudan and its people in this ordeal asking Allah Almighty to bestow His mercy upon the victims and wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded.
For his part the Sudanese foreign minister thanked the Hamas leader for his phone call and his heartfelt solidarity with Sudan and expressed his wishes to see the Palestinian people liberate their land form the Israeli occupation soon and enjoy prosperity on their liberated land.
