GAZA (PIC)– Palestinian premier in Gaza Ismail Haneyya has received an official invitation from the Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmedi Nejad to visit Tehran during his upcoming tour.
Taher Al-Nunu the government’s spokesman said in a terse statement on Tuesday that Haneyya received the invitation and would visit Iran during his tour that is slated to begin by the end of January.
The Iranian president also congratulated Haneyya on the anniversary of the resistance’s victory in the Israeli war on the Strip Nunu added.
Haneyya is to embark on his second tour this month and is expected to visit Qatar and Iran among other countries.
