Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya has sent a letter of congratulations to Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tariq on the occasion of the Sultanate’s 52nd National Day.
“The Hamas Movement would like to extend to Your Highness the most sincere feelings and heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the 52nd National Day of the Sultanate of Oman” Haneyya said in his letter.
The Hamas leader expressed his pride in the bonds of brotherhood and history between the Palestinian and Omani peoples and in the Sultanate’s honorable positions in support of the Palestinian people and their national cause.
