Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya has expressed his Movement’s appreciation to Kuwait its leadership and people for their strong and generous support for the Palestinian people.
This came during a phone call made on Friday by Haneyya with Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al Jaber Al Sabah.
According to a press release from Haneyya’s office the Hamas leader extended his Movement’s sincere thanks and gratitude to his Highness Sheikh Nawaf his people and government for their financial and political support for Gaza and Jerusalem.
Recently Kuwait launched a donation campaign to support the Palestinian people in Jerusalem and Gaza.
Many charity organizations as well as Kuwait’s Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs participated in the campaign.
