Khalil al-Hayya deputy chief of the Hamas Movement in Gaza has announced that there will be another round of serious Egyptian efforts to pressure the Israelis to abide by the recent understandings on Gaza.
In remarks to al-Aqsa satellite channel Hayya affirmed that the Egyptian was aware of Israel’s procrastination over the understandings and would make another round of efforts to compel the Israelis to fulfill its obligations.
The Hamas official said that his Movement and other resistance factions would give the Egyptians another chance to press the Israelis to honor the understanding which it had agreed upon earlier.
He expressed his Movement’s appreciation for Egypt’s efforts and its determination to achieve progress in this regard hoping that it could succeed in its endeavors to alleviate the suffering of the citizens in Gaza.
