The Palestinian ministry of health announced on Saturday that 3 deaths 190 new cases of the coronavirus were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The ministry said in the daily epidemiological report of coronavirus that 228 recovery cases were recorded in the same period adding that one death was recorded in the Gaza Strip while the two others were recorded in the West Bank.
It pointed out that 51 critically ill patients were admitted to intensive care units while 85 others were being treated in the West Bank’s COVID-19 sections in various hospitals including 5 who have been placed on ventilators.
The recovery rate of the coronavirus reached 98.3 percent while the rate of active infections reached 0.7 percent and the death rate was 1 percent of all infections the ministry concluded.
