The Palestinian ministry of health announced on Saturday that 4 deaths 115 new cases of the coronavirus were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The ministry said in the daily epidemiological report of coronavirus that all of the four deaths were recorded in the Gaza Strip adding that 424 recovery cases were recorded in the same period.
It pointed out that 57 critically ill patients were admitted to intensive care units while 85 others were being treated in the West Bank’s COVID-19 sections in various hospitals including 9 who have been placed on ventilators.
The recovery rate of the coronavirus reached 98.1 percent while the rate of active infections reached 0.9 percent and the death rate was 1 percent of all infections the ministry said.
