Hundreds of activists participated on Sunday in a demonstration in Istanbul in solidarity with the weekly marches of return held by Palestinians along the eastern border between Gaza Strip and Israel.

The march that was organized by Anatolian Youth Association kicked off from Sultan Mehmet Fatih Mosque in Istanbul.

During the march the participants held banners and chanted slogans supporting the Gazan people in their right of return to their homeland Palestine which is occupied by Israel.

On March 30 2018 tens of thousands of Palestinians started gathering near the border between Israel and the Gaza Strip to participate in demonstrations in support of the Palestinian right of return.

At least 224 Palestinians including children were killed so far while 22000 others were injured 500 of them are in critical condition.

Hundreds of Arabs and Turkish people on Friday participated in a demonstration in Istanbul in solidarity with the weekly marches of return held by Palestinians along the eastern border between Gaza Strip and 1948 Occupied Palestine.

The march that was held under the theme “Revolutionary Youths” kicked off from Sultan Mehmet Fatih Mosque in Istanbul and was staged by Turkish Association for Solidarity with Palestine.

President of the Association Mohammed Msheneish said that the rally aims at supporting the Gazan people in their right of return to their homeland Palestine which is occupied by Israel.
