Palestinian citizens on Sunday were able to ward off an attack by a horde of extremist Jewish settlers in Huwara town in southern Nablus.
Local official Ghassan Daghlas said that settlers from the illegal settlement of Yitzhar tried to attack “Country Park” in Huwara and opened fire but local residents managed to fend them off.
Recently a group of settlers attacked Palestinian cars and commercial stores near the Yitzhar junction in Huwara.
