The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Monday decided to administratively detain Palestinian lawmaker Mohamed Abu Tir for six months.
Abu Tir who was exiled in 2010 from Jerusalem to the West Bank was kidnaped last Thursday by Israeli forces from an apartment in Dar Salah village near Bethlehem.
About four months ago he was released from an Israeli jail after he spent 10 months in administrative detention.
The lawmaker from the Hamas Movement had already spent a total of 36 years in different Israeli jails.
