Chairman of the West Bank Settlements Council Avi Ruait said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved to allocate 800 million shekels (almost 250 million dollars) for the construction of new bypass roads in the West Bank for the use of settlers.
According to Israeli Channel Ten Netanyahu’s approval followed pressures by the extremist right-wing parties who claim that bypass roads would decrease clashes between Palestinians and settlers.
