BETHLEHEM (PIC)– IOA has confiscated 322 dunums of Palestinian lands in the villages of Khader and Artas in the Bethlehem district southern West Bank at the pretext of building portions of the apartheid wall south of occupied Jerusalem.
The IOA handed confiscation notices to the Palestinian landowners in which it outlined the exact areas of seized lands.
The confiscation orders signed by the commander of the IOF troops in the West Bank indicate that the construction work in these areas will begin after a week.
These areas witness increasing settlement activity where the Israeli settlement outposts are steadily expanded large areas are confiscated to build the separation wall and archaeological and historical sites are destroyed.
