Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) on Monday decided to extend the administrative detention of Palestinian captive Mufeed Shadid 39 for the third time in a row without indictment or trial.
Shadid a resident of Kharsa village in al-Khalil was arrested on 13 June 2019 when Israeli occupation forces broke into his home and wreaked havoc on it.
Shadid was first detained for two weeks then the IOA decided to keep him for six months in administrative detention before his detention was extended again on Monday for another six months.
So far Shadid has served a total of eight years in Israeli jails distributed to different prison terms.
