The Israeli Salem military court extended on Thursday the arrest of the family of the Palestinian suspect Ashraf Nawa’la who was accused of shooting and killing two Israeli settlers.
Local sources told PIC reporter that the arrest of Nawa’la’s sister was renewed for five days while his brother’s arrest was extended for seven days.
Earlier on Wednesday the Israeli court extended his mother’s arrest in an attempt to force Nawa’la to turn himself in.
Nawa’la from the Shweika village in the northern occupied West Bank district of Tulkarem was suspected of carrying out the shooting attack in the Barkan industrial area near the illegal Israeli settlement of Ariel near Salfit City in the northern West Bank killing two Israeli settlers and injuring a third.
