The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Friday forced a Jerusalemite family to dismantle a prefabricated room of their house which overlooks the Aqsa Mosque.
According to the family of Abu Hadwan the Israeli municipality forced them to remove an external guest room of their house in Silwan district.
The IOA justifies the demolition of Palestinian homes by lacking building permits despite the fact that it does not provide such permits for Palestinians.
The IOA also orders the Jerusalemites to raze their own homes and property or pay demolition expenses to the municipality if they refuse to carry out the demolition orders.
