The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Thursday issued dozens of demolition orders against agricultural facilities in the West Bank city of Nablus.
Mayor of Qusra Hani Odeh said that the IOA delivered 40 demolition notices against new agricultural facilities after storming the town of Qusra south of Nablus according to Safa news agency.
“The facilities were recently established as part of agricultural land reclamation projects to protect the lands from settlement expansion” mayor Odeh underlined adding that Israel still denies electricity supply to the area.
The facilities include agricultural rooms rainwater harvesting wells land reclamation and stone ridges.
