The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) issued stop-work orders against four Palestinian houses in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
“The Palestinian citizens Ahmad Awad Mahmoud Yusuf Bashir Awad and Mohammad Awad received notices ordering the suspension of building their houses in Budrus village west of Ramallah” Head of Budrus village council Abdul Nasser Marar said in a press statement on Sunday.
In a related development the Jerusalemite citizen Uthman al-Jawi was forced to self-demolish a 40-square-meter room in his house in the Bab Hutta neighborhood to avoid paying a fine of 50000 shekels.
Moreover the IOA confiscated a solar power unit belonging to the Palestinian citizen Khalid al-Najjar in the Masafer Yatta in al-Khalil according to the coordinator of the Protection and Resilience Committees Fuad Al-Amour.
